Services

The Kevil Center offers a number of choices to each participant. Individuals may choose to be involved in a single program area or to create a program that combines opportunities from more than one service area. The general areas of service available are outlined below. Within these general areas participants may then choose more specific activities designed to meet their needs.

Community Living Skills

We believe that the opportunity to set meaningful personal goals and to achieve a greater degree of independence is important to everyone. Kevil programs try to include activities that allow you to learn about your community and to enjoy its resources.

We are licensed providers of Adult Day Training services and Supported Employment services under the Supports for Community Living Waiver (SCL) and the Michelle P Waiver (MPW). These are programs provided through Kentucky Medicaid. If you are a Medicaid recipient and wish to learn if you are eligible for one of these programs, contact Four Rivers Behavioral Health. For more information on our Adult Day Training, click here...

Kevil Industries

Kevil Industries provides a work component for your experience here. You can perform real work for companies in our area and get paid for what you do. We assemble parts and package products for these companies. They depend on your efforts to keep their businesses running smoothly.

Community Employment

JOBs

This program concentrates on helping you get the skills you need to work at a job in the community.  We can help you find job openings, prepare resumes, and set up interviews.

Our Supported Employment program is designed for those who may need a little extra help along the way. We will continue to work with you as long as you might need or want our support. In some cases we can even provide a coach to help you learn the new job.
